I cannot recommend Vaco and especially Jamie Castaneda enough for the work she did in helping me land a new job. She was an excellent communicator whether it be via email or over the phone, was very attentive to my questions by responding promptly and was extremely detail oriented and thorough whether it was to discuss potential job opportunities or prepping for interviews.
There are times where working with recruiters can make you feel like you are just a commission check or even a nuisance to them but I never once felt like that with Jamie. She puts her clients first and cares about where she places them.
