I’ve been with VACO since December of 2025 and out of all the Agencies I’ve worked with I have to say HATS OFF TO VACO! They have done more than enough for me, making sure I was happy with the positions/assignments they assigned me to, giving me their undivided attention if there was an issue I was facing!! I am going to miss working with them because they have truly set me up for success!!! BIG SUCCESS with my new permanent job!! I will be forever grateful! If you ever get to work with them make sure you ask for ASHLEY YANCY…she is THE BEST! Trey, you’re the best too!!! Very understanding group of people to work with!!! GOOOOOOO VACO!!!! #teamvaco

Vaco has been an excellent agency to work with. I highly recommend reaching out to them if you have the opportunity, as they offer outstanding resources and support. Megan, in particular, has been consistently committed to my success throughout my journey with Vaco. Thank you for such a great experience!

I cannot recommend Vaco and especially Jamie Castaneda enough for the work she did in helping me land a new job. She was an excellent communicator whether it be via email or over the phone, was very attentive to my questions by responding promptly and was extremely detail oriented and thorough whether it was to discuss potential job opportunities or prepping for interviews.

There are times where working with recruiters can make you feel like you are just a commission check or even a nuisance to them but I never once felt like that with Jamie. She puts her clients first and cares about where she places them.

I highly recommend her for anyone who may need some extra… read full review
