The facilities here are beautiful and relaxing. I took the time to walk around their little garden in back before my massage with Rick Story. Rick is an excellent therapist with intuitive, healing hands. He took care of my low back and neck issues. Went in hurting, and came out feeling great!I also came for a sound healing yoga nidra workshop with Simia Henry and Noemie Luce in the spring, and both of those practitioners had such calm and healing energy. I'd recommend Urban Wellness to anyone I know for real relief from this hectic world we live in!It can be a little hard to find if you're not familiar with the area. I highly recommend this establishment and my service provider Andrea who completed a colonic and foot detox for me. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the service she provided. She completed a follow up the next day and provided me with resources to assist me with after care. I will definitely return. Thank you Andrea for your positive energy and caring spirit.
