After discovering I had termites I went into full-blown panic mode. I had the tubes hanging from the ceiling of my garage and tubes along the baseboards that showed up overnight. I called the office and received a phone call from Brad who is the owner. He understood my state of panic and showed up within a few hours. He assured me that my situation wasn't as bad as I thought. Then he came up with a plan and they will be back on Friday. The price is reasonable and I get a 5-year warranty. I highly highly recommend this company if nothing else, just for their dedication and answering a crazy psycho woman frantic plea for help. Tommy was great!! He was thorough, kind and didn’t mind my army of dogs. Sabrena was so able to fit me into their schedule quickly and helped calm my fears after seeing a creepy critter in my house. Thanks Urban Desert!!
This is my second encounter with UDPC. Jordan was punctual, professional and thorough. He communicated his plan, addressing all of my needs and ensuring confidence in their services. I have had ZERO pests since my initial treatment and am happy with the ongoing communication and experience. Customer service is top notch and their follow through immaculate. I have used other services (G. MAN-Go) who did not honor their contract; leaving scheduling and follow up solely to the customer. I am thrilled with my new service and have experienced no problems so far!
