This is my first time ever doing lamination for my brows and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thank you Katlyn for always making me look forward to all my brow appointments and making my brows look so good all the time, at first I was a little unsure because I didn’t want anyone touching my brows but I trusted her and they came out so good. I went into Ulta to get a couple makeup items I ran out of and decided to get myself a new perfume as a little Christmas present for myself because I have had a rough couple weeks, just got over the flu and had to go thanksgiving shopping for my family so it was a task and I wanted to treat myself. When I went to check out, Ashley was literally the nicest person I have met in a while. I have never had such an amazing checkout experience. She made me feel special and noticed just by checking out my items. She was talking about the perfume I was buying and had me smell the new one and was just genuinely interested in a conversation with me and told me to have a happy holidays...read full review
