Their Customer Service is top notch. From meeting with the Salesman(Wes)and the Production Manager(CJ)we had a great experience. Their crew really made our front yard beautiful. Now when we come home at the end of the day it’s really nice to see a beautiful yard instead of a yard of dead or dying burnt grass. On a scale from 1-5 I give Tough Turtle Turf a 10+
I would highly recommend Tough Turtle if you are considering a grass conversion. They were professional, and did a beautiful job on both my front and back yards. I can't say enough about my salesman Tran, he was always available if I had any questions or concerns, and Victor who oversaw the installation, and his crew were prompt, efficient and left my property neat and clean.
