We recently used TWD to install a new media wall in our living room and we could not be happier about the results! Emily in the design center was very patient with us as we asked for several design renderings and options at the beginning of our project, until we settled on the final version of what it would be. The Project Manager, Robert, was great at communicating each step in the process and was present from start to finish. Each tradesperson who came into our house to work on his portion of the job was friendly, knowledgeable and always courteous. From quoting to completion, the entire process was smooth. Project Manager kept me informed throughout the process, and after completion, you can't even tell that there was ever a hole in the ceiling.
