Dr. Wilson and his team uses the state of the art technology to treat gum diseases effectively and with care that I have ever experienced. I first went to see him b/c I was told by my previous dentist that I had to have two of my teeth extracted due to deep pockets in my gum. But when I went to Dr. Wilson, he said we can save my teeth! Long story short, using laser therapy and other simple treatment methods, he saved my teeth!! Compared to traditional deep cleaning methods, laser therapy is extremely noninvasive, very comfortable treatment. I didn't feel any pain!! Dr. Wilson tries everything he can to save your teeth and save extraction as a last resort. Most importantly he gives you options that you decide and choose. Other dentist that I’ve been to they just tell you what they need to do and most do not offer laser therapy. Recently I had to have one of my molars extracted. It was time. Well, as with most, I would imagine, I was filled with apprehension and dread thinking of pain and extreme discomfort. Dr. Wilson explained all the options I had and said when the time comes a Dr. Cianciola, who would come to Dr. Wilson’s office would be the one to do the extraction along with Dr. Wilson. Both will be working on me. Dr. Cianciola turned out to be the most wonderful, caring dentist ever, just like Dr. Wilson. A dynamic duo! No exaggeration. Dr. Cianciola, was kind, patient and explained the entire procedure - what to expect, what will take place - each and every step - explained what things meant, etc. Gave me time to ask questions to my satisfaction, which greatly reduced my appreciation and fear of the surgery. I felt extremely comfortable about the surgery which was to take place. And WOW, what an experience! From start to finish I DID NOT FEEL PAIN!!!! IT WAS BEYOND UNBELIEVABLE!!! As I drove home, I anticipated pain to set in as the anesthesia wore off and I waited with dread. Guess what? IT NEVER CAME, NO PAIN AT ALL. I realize it will probably be different with every case and with every individual but again, for me it was a BEYOND WOW experience. Dr. Cianciola gave clear explicit post-surgery instruction to care for the surgery site till it’s complete healing. Even gave me his personal cell number to call him with anything! Dr. Wilson did too. Like I said, Dynamic Duo! What’s more amazing is that Dr. Cianciola prepares your body even before you go in for the surgery buy prescribing antibiotic, anti-inflammatory medications so your body is already primed to defend any potential negative encounters. The office staff, also extremely kind and caring, went out of their way to help me get my prescription b/c, unbeknownst to all of us, including myself, the first antibiotic turned out that I had an allergic response to it. So Mariyana at the office went to bat for me to get another prescription, working together with Dr. Cianciola. And this was the NIGHT BEFORE THE SURGERY. She kept in constant communication with Dr. Cianciola and me the entire time til I got my new prescription filled and it was completed around 9 PM the night BEFORE the surgery. Dr. Wilson also texted me as well to let me know that Mariyana was on the phone with the pharmacist getting it all taken care of. They are the MOST amazing, caring people I have ever experienced, BAR NONE, across all healthcare disciplines!!!!!! I’d give TEN stars if I could!!. HIGH HIGH RECOMMEND.
