All staff are very, very kind and well intentioned. Scheduling was quick and easy. However, cleaning services were subpar. Paid almost $500 for a deep clean. The first time they came they got all the general stuff cleaned but it definitely wasn’t a deep clean. Too many places were left untouched. I paid extra for the walls and they were heavily overlooked. Customer service is great so they offered a reclean on the areas neglected which was okay, however, it still didn’t feel worth almost $500 for a “deep clean”. Staff is great, services not up to the expectations based on other reviews.

very professional, did a great job. I've used them a few times and each time they have done a beautiful job. However, this time the two cleaners were Mary and Marquis and they were exceptional! Not only did they also do a great job, but they were a pleasure to have around.They seemed happy to be there and I appreciated that very much. Thanks again to the both of you. Our cleaner was excellent. We think she did a phenomenal job and took the time to do the deep clean for a couple hours. Appreciated her time and focus. It was a first time at this company and I feel confident to have her come back. Thank you!
