I only started going here about six months ago, I believe. Probably less, have only used their services maybe…three, four times overall. No complaints whatsoever. I did have one incident where I took a white, button up dress shirt (Ralph Lauren) for dry cleaning. When I got it back it still had some kind of red dark wine maroon smudge on the collar. Very, very tiny smudge you really have to take a closer look to notice it, but when I pointed it out they showed zero hesitation in taking back the shirt, redoing the service, and getting it taken care of. It was ready next day, they notified me through the app, and I went to pick it up. That alone for me is worth this five...read full review
