I’ve always worked out on my own but decided to add a trainer to the mix to change things up a little bit. My husband was training with Stephen so I decided to start training with him as well. Stephen is good at helping you figure out and work towards your goals. He’s personable and makes working out fun. He motivates and pushes you to try just a little bit harder! I definitely recommend Stephen whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out on your fitness journey!

Stephen is an excellent trainer. His instructions are clear and his motivational method is perfect for me. I am seeing consistent improvement week after week. I have never made such significant gains so quickly on my own. My progress is much faster because of Stephen’s expertise.
