From start to finish, great experience! I have a flat roof and I simply needed it re-coated.
I had received a few proposals before I had Thomas Roofing come by (5 in total), and I so appreciate that they did not attempt to do any upsell, as all the previous proposals included- upsell of items that I absolutely did not need. Thomas Roofing understood exactly what I was requesting and exactly what I needed and that’s exactly what they delivered! Called with a question, Kyle answered the phone, not only answered the question, gave suggestions for a quick lasting fix, and referred 2 places with locations for finding a broken edge cement tile. Great customer service!
After reviewing 4 bids, Thomas Roofing had the best bid, not just price, but in describing what and how they would operate. They offered the best timeline. They were responsive to ALL inquiries! Now that they are on the job, we couldn't be more pleased! The crew is timely, efficient, careful and considerate. They have thoroughly cleaned up around our home at the end of each day.
