Best attorney in town! Mr. Morton beat the city when they took advantage of me and denied my claim. The city appealed it and he won the appeal. When I went to court he was there before I got there. Very smart, prompt, ethical and knows the laws. I have never given an attorney reference prior, so this shows you this is your guy!

Tom Morten handled my child custody case in 2007. I feel it was a win because I got everything I wanted, which was what was right for my daughter. Tom doesn't play games with the courts he provides a straight forward honest approach to the judge while looking out for what is best for you and your child.
