My husband had a great time training at this place. Much better rolling then places weve gone to in past. Extremely clean!
They have a black belt bald guy Brady who was very helpful after ragdolling my husband! he was very nice and helped him and we appreciated it. Will come back again next time in town.

Fantastic spot for training any level. Very welcoming staff, Jazmin greeted me with a big smile and took great care of me along with the rest of the crew. Wonderful group of folks here, traveling for work, and I will say it already feels like home! If you're looking for a place to train and find a community in the process, this is the spot. Every part of the gym is organized and clean. Hats off to The MMA LAB! I'm looking forward to many more rounds!

The MMA Lab is a place you can call home. From the first time walking through those doors you will feel like you’ve made a better decision for yourself. Careful, once you start you’ll never want to stop!
