Excellent customer service! Placed an order online and got a phone call checking if the casters I ordered were for the racks I ordered because they were not compatible. Appreciate the time Allison took to contact me and order the correct casters for what I needed! You don’t get this customer service/care from larger fixture suppliers you get this from wonderful family owned businesses! You’re definitely my new go to for fixtures for my retail business!

Excellent experience! I love companies that still have employees answer the phone and give you that personal service. Jeff was a great help with my acrylic ribbon displays. I’ll definitely be back for my display needs!
I just purchased some items from this company. I needed to return some of them, but there was an issue with the return. I spoke to Ashley in customer service who understood the problem immediately. She went to management right away and the problem was completely resolved within about an hour. The product quality and selection is excellent, but the customer service is even better. I highly recommend them.
