I have worked with both Shawn and the other Shawn on a number of projects, and they provide exceptional work. They are timely, organized, and above all else - kind people. Techtopia is wonderful to work with! We were in crisis mode at our main office. Shawn Ryan came personally to our office and fixed our problem and then some when it could not be resolved remotely. Shawn was great he helped me with a smile on his face. He also helped me set up an alternate PC and made sure I had CMS access. This took three hours. He took the time to help. Thank you Shawn.
