I had reached out to customer service multiple times and visited the Scottsdale/old town location. I was given the manager, Shayna’s email and never received a response. Needless to say I was unimpressed and frustrated.

The saving grace of my experience was the manager, Jocie at the Bell & 7th st location. She took the time to listen and understand the situation. She jumped into action and was able to sort it all out. She is the sole reason for the fourth star.
