Great experience working with Superior Protection Services in Phoenix. Matilda in HR was extremely helpful throughout the process and provided excellent customer service. She answered all my questions quickly and made everything smooth and professional. Really appreciate the support from their team.
I had a negative interaction with a security guard/officer from this company. However it was clear his actions were rouge of how the company operates.
I was amazed that less than 8 hours later I was asked about the issue and it was handled. I don’t know of any other security companies that would take the time to hear both side and do what’s right at the end vs default side with the employee.
Jeremy, I appreciate you sir as you listened and heard me out. When there is conflict there is always a difference of personal feelings. You heard both sides and addressed the issue head on.

Great company, like most there are problems but they are miniscule to most other companies in have worked for or been interviewed at. Pay is also on the higher end than other companies. They will take care of you to the best of their abilities.
