Carole was super patient with me and informative, she knows a lot about the coolsculpting process & doesn't pressure me to buy more or upsell me on things I don't need. I have neck pain & she brought in a bunch of different pillow options to help make sure I was comfortable since it was a 4+ hour long appointment. The front desk staff were really kind, patient & followed up with me when I requested. My first appointment there I did wait 20 minutes or so, I’m not sure who I was scheduled to see but I asked the front desk how much longer & they linked me up with Carole right away
Beautiful clean spa centrally located in Phoenix with plenty of free parking. So grateful I found Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa and grateful to have Nurse Dannielli RN patiently answering my questions then giving me my Botox injections. Very professional! Very helpful! Fair pricing. Look forward to continued visits, adding on more services as needed.
I absolutely LOVE this place!! As soon as you walk in you feel super welcomed!! I’ve been here 3 separate times and each interaction was awesome! Carole took care of my HydraFacial and It was the best!! I’ve also been taken care of by Kent and Im super happy with everything! I would definitely recommend both of them!!
