I have been going to the Desert Ridge location for five months now and every staff member has been excellent. Over that time I have worked with Savannah, Ashley, Jamie, Gabi and most recently Scarlett. They are all fantastic and very knowledgeable in how they work with you. I didn't know what to expect when I started this journey, but everything has exceeded what I thought I would get out of it. Looking forward to continuing my better health journey with this group.

Perfect reflexologist! Talks just enough and about interesting things. Explains what he’s doing and why when asked. Most importantly - he KNOWS what he’s doing! Feel very relaxed afterwards .. and taller!!!!

I’ve been working with Robert at Stretch Lab for the past two weeks, and the improvement in my mobility and overall well-being has been incredible. Before starting these sessions, I was dealing with tight muscles and discomfort, especially in my knees, but Robert's expertise and personalized approach have made a world of difference. His stretches are targeted and effective, and he takes the time to understand my specific needs. I’m moving better, feeling better, and couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend Robert for anyone looking to improve their flexibility and alleviate pain!
