I’ve been working with Robert at Stretch Lab for the past two weeks, and the improvement in my mobility and overall well-being has been incredible. Rob takes great care with how I’m feeling and is thoughtful about not pushing me to feel pain with stretching. I am beginning to feel a bit more flexible as we progress each week. I appreciate Rob’s patience.
