I recently had an incredible experience at Stretch Lab, thanks to my amazing coach, Miah. From the moment I arrived, Miah's expertise and professionalism were evident. She quickly assessed my needs and pinpointed the areas that required the most attention.

Miah was great she explained to me how the procedure is going to go from beginning to end and if I had any questions, I would certainly free to ask. The machine that you have certainly works great just that gentle pushing. I almost forgot she said if you know, do I have any issues or anything and I just told her that I can’t fly to my back because I get dizzy so she has something to hold my head up which was great. My body great after that stretch so thank you Miah.
