They cancelled my scheduled appointment 3 times each with less than 24 hours notice. After a month of rescheduling, they then told me they could not complete the job and to look elsewhere. If you need work to be done within a reliable timeframe, I do not recommend them.

We worked with Storage Equipment Systems for 9+ months to outfit our new factory with shelving. They came out and appeared to listen but then there would be no follow up. Called the owner and he was nice but again, no follow through. I requested a carousel for our parts and they would not quote because in “their opinion” knew more than us of what we needed.1. Did not send drawings of what the storage place would look like. Everything was discussed but no drawings provided until a month before delivery when I insisted because I didn’t know what we were getting.2.
