Our carpets look brand new again! This company did a great job and i will use them again. They were clean, through and courteous. They even brought a mop to clean away foot prints on the wood floors.Overall a good experience - My only issue was that they were 45 minutes late and didn’t call/text to let us know which disrupted work meetings we had scheduled (this is a pet peeve of mine, but I also think it’s just good business to let ppl know when you are going to be late).(I wish I could do 4.5 stars bc that’s what I’d like to rate them but Google only allows for full star markings.)One last note: the lemon smell of the cleaner is a bit strong.
