They had quick scheduling availability and Andrew came out as scheduled. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. He had the replacement parts with him so no need to wait for ordering and have him come back out. I will use Spa Works for all of my spa needs and services. I highly recommend them.
Its not often that service is done on time, with pleasant workers that knew what they were doing. I'm confident all parts that were ordered and working correctly. Made sure I understood all the equipment and when to use the correct chemicals. Would never question calling them again with problems, equipment and supplies.
We had the worst luck trying to find someone to repair our hot tub. One company scheduled an appointment, showed up a week late with no call or notice, briefly looked at it, and said they’d come back—but we could never get ahold of them again.
Out of frustration, I called Spa Works, where we usually buy our hot tub chemicals, to see if they could recommend anyone. To my surprise, they actually handle repairs themselves! They quickly set up an appointment, and I received both a text and email confirmation right away.
