My rating is only based on my nurse Tim ! He was absolutely amazing . From start to finish with my infusions we always had a good time. We have established a great friendship. Unfortunately, the pharmacy part of it and dealing with the approval with insurance is a whole other issue and my dr decided to drop them b/c of so many issues with the denials. I wish I could take my nurse with me - so if you're looking for a fun, loving nurse full of stories I'd definitely recommend Tim H.
Karen was my assigned RN at Solio in Tempe, AZ. She contacted me prior to my visit and was gracious to help settle my concerns prior to my IV treatment. When you feel like you’re being shot out of a cannon, it is nice to have someone like Karen settle your anxiety. Solio knows well how to pick genuine, professional RNs like Karen. That can be said for the rest of the staff I had the opportunity to check on me and help during my appointment.
Hi my name is Brandi and I have been with this Company for a little over five years first off I wanna say Sole has been very understanding has worked with me on anything I’ve needed and always has made me feel like my needs matter second off. I would like to mention one of the nurses that they have his name is Timothy Holloway. He’s been my nurse for the past five years and he is one of the nurses that you wish you had all the time that will sit there and take the time to listen to you and help you and never make you feel like you’re a bother about two years ago.
