First off, great customer service overall. I wanted a specific design but the nail tech said she couldn’t do it, which I was okay with and I asked for something else. The end result wasn’t the best. I hesitated to voice my opinion and I’m glad I did. They wanted to make it right and did an amazing job. I’m happy with the results!
