I brought my older Lexus to Smart Automotive for some major suspension work and some engine work as well. I am so grateful a friend recommended them so highly. Rob talked me through my cars issues and game-planned with me on knocking everything out one at a time starting with the most important. Deanna was also just really great to work with, good communication all the way through. If you've been looking for a trustworthy mechanic with fair pricing, definitely go to Smart Automotive. I have been using Rob for my auto needs for some time and I can say that coming to know Rob and Smart Automotive was the best thing to happen to me as far as car service goes. Today, I had been to Smart Automotive to get a second opinion on the repairs suggested by the dealer for my vehicle. Had I gone ahead with the dealer's recommendations, I would've ended up spending around $5000. Rob did an honest assessment and recommended that nothing is required at the moment and even explained when things may need to get replaced. I wish I lived closer so Rob could be my mechanic.

I had Rob inspect a used classic car for me that I was considering purchasing. Rob took his time to review every part of the vehicle and then spent time with me explaining what he found and shared his opinion of each item. It's clear Rob knows cars and knows how to treat customers properly.
