Go to Skin Defined if you want great skin! Susan is not only incredibly knowledgeable, she cares to help you reach your goals. I wasn’t even sure what I wanted, but I explained my gripes to Susan and she tailored the session to help me with them. She has a litany of tools and treatments and did multiple things to my skin, but the main one was some light microneedling with PRN. I woke up today with very healthy looking skin and hardly any redness. She also recommended supplements outside of what she provides and she doesn’t push products for no reason. A friend told me about skinDefined and Susan, the owner. I had a facial today. The experience far exceeded my expectations! Susan is so personable and knowledgeable. I am 71 years old, have abused the sun and have been pretty lazy when it came to my face and skincare. I thought nothing could be done to help except a face lift and I won't go to that extreme. Susan assures me that I am not hopeless and with a little effort there will be a big improvement. I have already seen a noticeable difference with just one facial. My wrinkles on my cheeks look less deep! I already scheduled another appointment for some laser treatment and eyebrow work. I am so excited!!!

I found Susan after I had received an unsatisfactory microblading treatment by another technician at another facility. From the beginning, Susan has been so attentive to my needs, providing amazing insight and customer service. She is great with communication and her technique is top-of-the-line! Through my eyebrow repair experience, she has gained my trust and I now go to her for my skin needs as well.
