I've had my carpets cleaned by Oscar on two occasions, and each time, his work was exceptional. His approachable demeanor and attentiveness to our needs stood out. He made sure that we were completely happy with the outcome. His spot treatment techniques effectively removed all the stains, leaving the carpets looking as if they were just installed. I had one tech come out initially and appeared to do a good job but when the couch dried I noticed several lines from the wand. Another tech was sent out a few days later and the couch looks amazing. No crazy scents either. Great job! Even got some caulking that a family member got all over the couch out. Both techs and the person messaging through Yelp I have all been professional. Would recommend.
