The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the nice tech explained what was needed. The technician did everything to make patients feel comfortable and informed them on what was happening. The experience is smooth and efficient with minimal wait times. Patients get in and out quickly. It is easy to book and they receive multiple reminders. The place was clean with no backup. The radiologist doing the MRI was very efficient and did an excellent job. Patients can get results the same day.
The technician was very good at her job. I had her a long time ago and always wished for her again because she makes you so comfortable, shes very cognizant of implants and you simply forget why u are there. I wish I remembered her name. My appt was july 6 at 4020 Bell Rd. I like Simon Med. They may want to take the Appt reminder calls down a few notches..reminders great, too many are annoying and time wasting. Thank you all this business does to keep us healthy and for another nice experience! Debbie
I had an AWESOME experience at SimonMed at 4Oth St and Bell Rd. The young man at the desk was very kind and pleasant. Nikki was my Ultrasound tech. She was also so very kind and pleasant. It was a great atmosphere. Will definitely go back to this location. Thank you SimonMed😊
