The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the nice tech explained what was needed. The technician did everything to make patients feel comfortable and informed them on what was happening. The experience is smooth and efficient with minimal wait times. Patients get in and out quickly. It is easy to book and they receive multiple reminders. The place was clean with no backup. The radiologist doing the MRI was very efficient and did an excellent job. Patients can get results the same day.
My experience with SimonMed was wonderful. My technician did everything to make me comfortable and informed me on what she was doing. NIKKI IS TRULY AN ASSET TO YOU'RE COMPANY.
The staff at 4045 E Bell was great. I had an appointment and didn't have a long wait for my MRI and the nice tech explained what I needed to do.
The other Simon Med near there had a really long wait for an x-ray. They don't take appointments for x-rays. I tried to get in twice with no luck, and finally went to a different one but still had about a 2 hour wait.
Easy to book. Also received multiple reminders. It was clean with no backup. I got in and out quickly. The radiologist doing the MRI was very efficient and did an excellent job. Got my results the same day.
