Here we are years later and the door lock to a large beautiful door that spans over 12 feet stops working one phone call to sierra pacific and we have a service call scheduled a day later.
Art was the technician on site and he made quick work of the lock replacement taking the time to ensure the door opening and closing functioned along with the new lock.

Working with Sierra Pacific windows, and Art specifically, was a breeze and a great experience end to end and would definitely recommend them.We had a bunch of other work we were juggling around and timing as well as a specific defined scope between contractors was definitely imperative. Art’s expertise in the industry definitely shined through with this. Understood the scope quickly and how we’d have to plan around the various contractors. This company has the finest customer service department of any construction related company I have ever dealt with. We purchased a house in Flagstaff Arizona that had windows from Sierra Pacific window company. The windows came with a lifetime warranty. In the past four years we have used their service department four times at no cost to us. They go out of their way to find pieces that need to be re-ordered. They send the repair trucks whenever we have issues. And there is no problem dealing with their customer service people or installation people. A great company.
