Shamrock towing is self explanatory: look at the first four letters.They had me waiting an hour in the Arizona Sun, only to tell me they “can’t help me”.What they really meant is they could help me, but it’s getting close to closing time, and they’re rather pretend they can’t help me so they can bully me into paying another days worth of storage fees. They claimed there were issues proving the vehicle ownership belonged to me.I had proof of vehicle ownership in the vehicle that was towed, and the car key to the vehicle on my person. After reading reviews expected the worse but actually was pretty good staff were cool did my business was out of there 30 minutes its all how you treat people im guessing but i dont 5 star many places

Red came out with Shamrock towing and used a tiny broken jack to lift the vehicle up to remove the tire and our car literally fell off the jack because he used it wrong. After it was sitting on the ground with no tire on he took off and told us to wait for someone else. I can’t believe how bad I was treated.Service: Tire change
