We started a large renovation process on a home we purchased. We met with Kelly who walked through and gave us a thorough review of what we wanted to accomplish. She was professional and provided some good insight along with suggestions on how to improve our reno ideas. We received multiple bids and SF was competitive. Their bid was detailed to avoid being hit with too many costs later. Unfortunately we got started late in the process and created our own challenges with a extreme timeline forcing to go in a different direction. Kelly and her team were great, would recommend giving them a chance at your business!
