I was in need of better security fencing and gates after my dog kept getting out through the old, busted chain link fence. After an aggravating experience with several contractors who failed to follow through, I found Sereno Fence & Gates online. I used the online scheduling tool and had an estimate with days. Victor and Juan were knowledgeable, professional, and communicative. Juan kept me informed throughout every step of the process. I had another project happening at the same time, and my other contractor even complimented the quality of the workmanship! Having a block wall installed is a bit of a process, which takes time. These guys took care to make sure everything was secure during the process so that my dog couldn't get out. They were able to repurpose my old Fence, and now my fur baby loves her new dog run! The wall and gates were exactly what I wanted. My project was completed on time, and on budget. π π π π π
I filled out my request for an estimate online for a wood fence, and I requested for an early morning time slot the next day. Juan arrived at that time, and gave a fair estimate. I then called 6 days later, and Juan was able to start on my timeline. He arrived on time, kept in communication with me, he was easy to work with, no pressure, very upfront and honest, l loved the finished product, and when they started constructing the fence, Juan did it ALL IN ONE DAY! I have already asked for another quote on another project from them.
