I got a proactive termite treatment done on my property, since termites are so prevalent in Phoenix. Justin was awesome, and the price was very fair. He went above and beyond in every way.After he finished the job and left the property, I went into the bathroom, and smoke (yes, smoke), was coming out of the a/c vents, along with an acrid electrical fire type smell. It was most frightening. Had issues starting 2 years ago with squirrels and mice in the crawl space between the ceiling and roof. A friend recommended Serenity Pest Solutions. I never had pest problems in the past and assumed someone would show up, drop a few traps and come back to check them at some time. Wasn’t expecting much.I was extremely pleased to see that Justin had a detailed strategy to rid my home of pests. He used bait, traps and cameras to identify and remove the rodents.After eradication, he used his construction experience to patch all the cracks and crevices in the roof to prevent re-entry.Have not experienced any problems in well over a year.
