I do not always have a good experience when I shop here. However... Today, Lexi helped me and greatly improved my opinion of Sephora. She was friendly, knowledgeable and super patient with me as I expressed my skin concerns & what results I was looking for in cosmetics. She took the time to actually hear me and she was genuine in helping. Lexi was great at providing options with their pros and cons (for my needs) and for the first time in a long time, I am really happy with my purchases and excited to use them all. Great location! Vinnishea was sooo patient and helpful! She helped me find the primer, setting spray aaand moisturizer that meets ALL my needs! She was so informative and sweet! I’m so glad I came to this location! 10/10
I can't say enough good things about this Sephora, but what really makes it better is Morgan and V! They are absolutely wonderful and make the experience even better! Morgan helped me with all my questions today and everytime I go in V always remembers me and asks how I'm doing! She helped me with my make up journey when I first went to Sephora. I really appreciate both these ladies! They are both wonderful and make great conversation! They feel like old friends. Always a pleasure coming here and I really do think because the girls here make it so warm and welcoming and are always happy to help with any questions you have!
