Professional service at each step. My ac quit blowing cold late and I called Semper Fi after a quick Google search. I explained our situation and the next morning had a call back, which I missed. Call back in and talk to the rep about getting help out and was told tomorrow. I explained again our situation and she asked if we were okay for a 7 to 9 pm slot. YES. Ryan called that he was on the way around 8:30 and hits the ground running when he arrived. He found the issue, discussed the options and helped us find the right solution for us. Micah came by today and did my Water heater. Another dude(forgot his name) came by a couple of days ago for my a/c tune up. These guys were solid, polite, knowledgeable and fast too. Every person who has come to my house and done work has always been that way. These guys are CONSISTENTLY spot on. The owner CLEARLY knows how to command a unit and it's NO SURPRISE why they have a 5 STAR RATING.

Had an unfortunate issue with my HVAC in the middle of July in Phoenix. Was able to secure a timely service call via online scheduling/text messaging (Skye). The technician (Guy J.) came out on a 115F day and got on the roof to see what was up. He was very patient in explaining what was going to happen, what he found, and going over all my options. This included letting me follow him around while he explained the scenario and going over photos he took.
