***FINAL UPDATE*** -- So they had me send in pictures and explain what is going on (four the 4th time) and then tell me again they are escalating the issue. Today someone finally calls and says, no, we're not doing anything to help you. So again, the response below was just for show. They never had any intention of helping. I cannot say this enough...do not give these people your money; they will not honor their work. Horrible customer service. No commitment to their customer. DO NOT USE!***UPDATE*** After leaving my initial review below, Sears responded with instructions on how to reach them. Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected.
