Sarah is both a nurse and an ashiatsu specialist and really understands the body. She takes time to learn what issues you may be experiencing and what your needs are.

I had never had ashiatsu massage before and I was amazed at how different it feels from massages using hands. For me, it is perfect because I need deep massage but cannot stand “pokey-proddy” massages. Use of the feet allows for long and wide pressure and gliding strokes that help to release trigger points without the sharp pain that happens when masseurs use elbows or hands.

From now on, it is Ashiatsu for me! And Sarah is a master!

Sarah was absolutely amazing! My first full session of Ashiatsu Massage and it was mind blowing. After years as a professional athlete and experiencing many different massages, The sensations, releases and the body submission I was able to achieve blew me away. There is no doubt about I will return frequently for mind body and spiritual healing. She is AMAZING!!
