Carmen and Dr. Jones are amazing. I had a very professional experience with both of them. Carmen went over all the details and helped me set up a payment plan to begin treatment. Dr. Jones answered all of my questions and addressed every concern.
The reason I gave four stars instead of five is due to the young lady who took my X-rays. When she called me back, she didn’t say my name and simply said, “Are you ready?” while I was looking at my phone, which felt unprofessional. During the evaluation, she was also very rough, even after I mentioned twice that she was pushing down too hard.

Almost 2 years of braces. Every visit was efficient and thorough. Dr Jones and associates were really good and took great care of our sons teeth. Everyone at the front desk was quick to help us checking in and scheduling next appointments. Overall experience was 10/10. Thank you!
