After meeting with 5 different pool companies, we chose Rondo based on promised timeline, cost, design, and professionalism. Rondo delivered. They were great at keeping us informed/updated on the various phases of the project, and what to expect along the way. The design phase/permitting/etc. took about 2 months, and then the total time from the start of excavation to finished pool was less than 3 months. Rondo was great at answering our questions and addressing our concerns along the way, and the responsiveness/communication from everyone we dealt with at the company was excellent. We would highly recommend Rondo!

We recently completed our first pool with Rondo. We met with 3 different companies and chose Rondo for the following reasons: 1) Nailed the design on the first draft. 2) Came ready to solve challenges (yard access issues, hard-dig, gas line far away, etc.). 3) Robust project plan. Contract signature to swim-day was 11 months. This was the timeline we expected as there is a lot of planning, decision making and permits to pull up front.
