I have used the services of Rich Peters and his colleagues for approximately 18 years. He has (1) secured my legal separation and 18 years later the dissolution of the marriage; (2) successfully defended my stepdaughter in a child custody dispute; and (3) set up a legal guardianship for our granddaughter. In all of these cases, he delivered the results that I expected with professionalism and care. He is a good communicator who gave sound legal advice and explanations of what to expect in the execution of these cases. I hope I do not need any future family-related legal services, but if I do, I know who to contact.
Mr. Lowen Jones is by far the best family lawyer that I had a great pleasure representing me, he was able get my case outstanding court agreements. This firm and the people that work there are truly professionals.
Lowen was amazing! After 3 attorneys I had given up hope that I would find one that would take my concerns seriously and represent my son and I in a way that would be successful in court. We don't have the final ruling yet but regardless, Lowen was a rock-star! He asked pertinent questions and painted a picture for the judge of our situation in such a way that I finally did not feel alone!
