Bob Bashkim Maloku and crew had a very fast response to a flooding from upstairs toilet. The crew was out within 2 hours, determined the extent of water damage to the flooring upstairs and downstairs ceiling and carpet. The crew did an awesome job removing the damaged flooring and cleaning up afterwards. Bob was very communicative with what needed to happen to restore and replace the damage. The crew was very polite and respectful also. All in all a great experience under the stressful circumstances of the day. Would recommend this company to everyone needing this service!
