RemodAZ has had their license revoked by the Arizona ROC (327194) after 35 disciplined complaints (currently 17 others open) and have been negatively featured on the local Arizona news (Let Joe Know!).I hired RemodAZ and was one of the “lucky” ones that actually had work performed. “Lucky” (in quotes) because the wait (7 months) and quality of the install was not great. I’ll spare the complete list, but the big two are: One of the installed windows did not seal/close. The doors installed were not sealing and falling off the hinges due to a bad install.My issues were only looked at after getting the ROC involved. FRAUD!! SCAM!! They basically forced/bullied us in to financing window replacements with their financing company, took the money that was shelled out as an advance (was not supposed to be paid out until work was completed) and completed ZERO work. I've filed with the BBB, ROC, and submitted to Channel 3. On my way to get legal representation next. At this point the only thing we want from these liars is that financing to be revoked for work NOT done. Oh, and did I mention, said financing company said there was an interest free, no payment due period until 11.2022 but they have reported this account to the credit bureau's as being LATE (so now we are fighting... read full review

I have been waiting three months for windows to be installed. I have paid half already and plan on selling house end of the month with no options on what to do.Service: Window installation
