This was my first time getting a massage, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. I paid for an hour-long service and was treated with utmost care. Since I’m always on my feet and working out, I was glad I decided to treat myself to a relaxing massage on a wonderful rest day.

I have been coming to Annaluisa for about 2 years seeking relief from back pain due to a car accident. Most people think of massage as a luxury, but for me it has been an alternative to surgery. I had tried cortisol shots, physical therapy and other pain management alternatives to not much relief. The weekly massages have been very helpful in getting movement back into my body as in before I would be in extreme pain, take a lot of pain meds and be hardly able to move. I have seen improvement with my pain, I hardly take meds, I can tolerate the more milder pain without needing to take anything.
