Tallen was very knowledgeable and patient. He took the extra time to answer all my questions and explained what happened and what he was doing. It is obvious that he enjoys what he does and is experienced, knowledgeable and caring.

The service tech Brandon B was excellent from start to finish. I was very disappointed it took almost two weeks to get the parts needed for repairs and we had 100 degrees heat every day.

I’ve had nothing but issues with my Reeis installed HVAC system from day one. My home was built in 2021 and each year since moving in my AC has failed. Here I am today writing this review from a scorched home as a result of another AC failure. My primary bedroom is 90 degrees at time of writing this. Not to mention we have a 9 month old baby. It will take 2 days to fix this new issue.
I’ve had a myriad of issues. The technicians are very friendly and helpful but I don’t feel like this company stands behind their work. I have to foot the bill because the 2 year labor warranty ended with the builder even though it was installed poorly. I have no... read full review
