I sent Rapid Rooter Plumbing a message through their Facebook page to get a quote and check availability for a leak I noticed around our water meter. They were quick to respond, and answered all my questions. They showed up on time as scheduled, got straight to the issue and fixed it quickly. Highly recommend, and will for sure be using them for future plumbing issues that arise.

The Rapid rooter team are the best plumbers I have dealt with as a homeowner. They saved us literal thousands of dollars. The crew is highly knowledgable, very personable and easy to deal with. They also follow up when they say they will, which seems rare in the home services industry.

They worked very hard at trying to figure out what was going on with my banging pipes and kept coming back. Went over and beyond. We also purchased a new water softener system which we badly needed and they located one to get it installed same day. Would highly recommend using them. Nick was great.
