Quail Run Behavioral Health in Phoenix, Arizona offers acute inpatient and intensive outpatient programs for adolescents ages 12–17 and adults. The facility is temporarily only accepting female adolescents for inpatient care. Reviews describe Quail Run as amazing, with help that was easily accessible and staff eager to give it. The staff is described as brilliant, supportive, caring, and always helpful at getting patients back on track. Group facilitators are great, and the groups helped with self building. Psychiatric care was amazing, with doctors who made patients feel heard and helped with medication and proper treatment. Nurses and techs were always there and available. The patient advocate is described as an amazing man who always does everything to ensure the stay is worth it. The facility is super clean and comfortable, and the cafeteria is yummy. Patients felt safe and would choose this facility again. Many expressed gratitude to numerous staff members, including doctors, nurses, techs, social workers, kitchen staff, and maids who kept rooms clean. One reviewer noted being seriously mentally ill and refusing to go anywhere but Quail Run now.
The folks at Quail Run have been charged with the care of my dad over the past 2 weeks (Alzheimer’s/dementia), in the geriatric/2nd floor area; and my consistent impressions from my daily interactions with staff (daily over the phone) are: total professionalism, openly communicative, and always transparent and positive in their outlook regarding my dad.
It should go without saying, but as his son (and now “only next of kin”), the aforementioned impressions and observations provide a huge relief to me when my elderly father has suddenly (relatively, due to his dementia; i.e., he has declined cognitively in a profound manner over only a recent 2-3 month period)...read full review
I've been to this facility twice. Both times were amazing due to the fact at how easily accessible help was and those eager to give it. LOVE THE STAFF. Super clean and comfortable. Group facilitators are great too.
Quail Run helped me so much. I really felt safe there and I would choose this facility again. My psychiatrist Dr. Kirkorsky made me feel heard. He helped me get back on my medicine and I'm happy with the changes he made. The nurses and techs were always there for me through the process. I want to give special thanks to: Dr. Kirkorsky, Kevin RN, Jennifer RN, Barbara RN, Qiu, Donald, Elliot, and Jess.
