Quail Run?? Where to start, this place saved my life. From the moment I was wheeled in the doors i could feel the change begin. All the staff that took care of me while i spent 6 days in inpatient care my needs were addressed and taken care of. I was afraid of the change I was making but once I opened up to the plan for me it seemed all the pain and the reasons for my despair were uncovered. When I was here, the staff was caring, encouraging and straight forward with me. Though it was a frightening experience when I first showed up, once I was assigned to a unit, I immediately started to feel at ease. The doctors, nursing staff, technicians, and other support staff were very encouraging. They are not pushovers, but if you are serious about healing your psychological wounds it would be hard to find a better team to support you in your endeavor. I continue with Quail Run on IOP. Hopefully I remember to update this as I continue with my progress to help others with a complete evaluation of the facility.

During my February 2026 admission, there seemed to be more groups and the overall atmosphere felt more organized than it had in July 2025. The nurses and behavioral health technicians were consistently kind and compassionate.

My biggest concern was with one of the psychiatrists, Dr. Fermo. I often felt rushed during our daily meetings, as though he was trying...read full review
