Dr. Phillip prunsinski he is the best doctor I ever had. I had him over 10 years. Try to keep me off pills always on my test very good doctor. The people there who work with them are very nice. Very polite. Very clean place always set you up on appointments. very good people I love it there the best doctor in the world.
I called 9a yesterday (Fri) I was told the nurse ot medical assistant left for the day and that hed call me today (Sat). I've been throwing up and feverish and nauseous for 3days it could be the meds food poisoning or a flu. I tried to reach out for help waited like I was instructed to and no one called. I'm going to urgent care this should not have been necessary. The in office service and explanations given are superb but something needs work in the phone service. The operator is rude and doesn't seem to hear me when I say my name so I end up spelling it. If Dr Cunningham and his assistant weren't so helpful I'd look for another Dr.
They've been my PCP for ten years and counting. They closed their Scottsdale office, only in Phoenix (19 Av./Indian School rd area). Very nice staff and doctors keep you updated on annual tests, usually easy to get appointments.
