Our hot water heater went out and we called the night before to verify we were doing everything we needed to address the leak and could wait till the morning when our warranty appointment would be scheduled. We spoke with David and he called the office for us first thing in the morning to help get us seen by a tech he also checked in on us throughout the day making sure we got scheduled to be seen. He wasn’t even our tech so we appreciated that and when Eric came out he was so kind and informative. We are new homeowners so this was a little scary but they took great care of us. And all the reception staff I spoke with were so kind (taylor was super friendly!).

Pruitt's guys are great came out to fix a water line brake at my house under the slab foundation very professionall and clean and really helpful treated up like family and work fast with our warranty company to get done it was a big job cant say enough good about them the Trujillo family!
